My New D70s

Waiting so long, FINALLY I got it! Nikon D70s, dream camera for so many entry level photographers. Since it launched last year, until it's replaced by the D80 recently, I just manage to dream for it because the price is so high. Luckily there was a camera sales I saw few days ago, which offering with so attractive price (I think mostly they wanted to clear those old stock). Think for a whole night, finally I decided to buy it before it gone in the market.

I am back to hometown again, my house compound has a lot of subjects for my photography. There has so many small tiny things which look great and nice are waiting for me to discover it.

Now we are in raining season, it rain almost every afternoon. We can have a nice temperature and temporary escape from the hot sun. I got these two photos at my hometown. It's a after rain afternoon. Realy feel fresh.

Giant Ant (A Queen)

This is a queen of "Wong Ma Ma" (a type of red colour ant). I nearly kill her when I was busy walking around. Not many chances to see her normally, and I think the last time I saw this insect was almost 4 years ago. I took her picture and share it with you all.

Flies Making Love

Haha, I saw these two flies "in action" while I am walking around the house compound after my dinner. Both flies were quite steady even I closed up my camera to them. Happy make love !! Muahaha !

Bamboo

Today, my topic is bamboo. This is not the giant bamboo tree like what we see along the river bank. Many people call this as Taiwan bamboo. It's belongs to my neighbor and it was there since I was born.
